  • Most definitely, it’s your choice who you get treated by. So if you’re a new or returning patient, come through, and we’re more than happy to treat you.

  • When you come in for your initial consult, we will:

    • Listen to you your story and understand what it is that you want and need

    • Explain the process to you

    • Assess you

    • Treat you

    • Provide a detailed management plan specific to you, your condition and the work you do

    • Dr referrals

    • Certificate of Capacity – given to you by your GP

    • Insurance claim details – especially your claim number and case manager details.

    • Scans – x-rays, ultrasound, MRI, CT, etc.

  • Here at PHP, we bill the workers’ compensation insurance directly, which means you have no out-of-pocket expenses. This includes the equipment you need to help aid your recovery.

  • We deal with a wide range of workplace injuries at PHP, with most patients reporting back and neck pain, shoulder and elbow pain, knee and ankle pain, and nerve pain.

    • Physical injuries such as falls, slips, muscle strains, fractures, and ligament damage

    • Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) include constantly lifting, sitting at a computer for too long, being in an awkward position, and repeatedly using a tool.

    • Equipment injuries, such as having something fall on you and using a tool, can lead to an injury.

  • PHP therapists are well equipped to deal with many injuries after accidents. These include:

    • Whiplash – The most common injury due to a car accident

    • Fractures – Please seek medical attention and see us after you’ve visited the hospital

    • Other back and spine injuries – Car accidents can lead to so many mobility issues.

  • Your physio will provide you with a tailored recovery plan. Each plan is dependent on the type of injury you’ve suffered.

    We will guide you through your plan and aim to empower you to take control of your rehab and get you back to everyday life as soon as possible

  • Hygiene and cleanliness at our clinic are of critical importance to us for the safety of our team and clients. All our staff are trained in and have completed the NSW health infectious control COVID learning. We sterilize all our equipment and the treatment bed after each patient.

  • Our clinic entry and exit is fully accessible via wheelchair with ground floor access throughout

  • We provide parking for our patients at the back of the clinic (down driveway to the right). There is free street parking available also.
